A length of copper reaching towards open sky, its fan of conductors drawing down the potential that already gathers there — our entry-point antenna, and the one we recommend for open allotments and field-scale plots where height isn't restricted. Mounted above 4–5m, it becomes a quiet, standing channel between Heaven and Earth, doing its work whether or not anyone's watching.

The CW1 ships with a 10m ground lead, but most installations benefit from a dedicated ground kit for a cleaner, more reliable connection back to the earth — see our ground systems. If this is your first installation, we'd genuinely recommend the training course below before you mount anything; grounding well is the single biggest factor in whether a system completes its circuit and does the work it's meant to.
Every CW1 is built the way this equipment has always been built — by hand, by people who use it themselves, not on a mass production line. What you're installing is a small, deliberate piece of a much older relationship between growers and the current that was always moving through their land.
